Senior Project Lead
Freda is a highly experienced and dynamic Project Leader with over a decade of expertise in managing complex, multi-year national projects. With more than 15 years of cross-sector experience, she brings deep operational insight and strategic foresight to every initiative she leads.

Her extensive background includes Logistics, FMCG Key Account Management, Merchandising, Marketing Strategy, Operational and Project Planning, and Business Development Consulting. This diverse skill set enables her to align business objectives with on-the-ground execution, ensuring sustainable growth and stakeholder value.

Freda’s consulting experience has further refined her ability to identify market opportunities, craft actionable growth strategies, and support clients through transformation journeys. Her hands-on leadership style, coupled with her ability to navigate large-scale programmes, makes her a trusted driver of innovation and delivery.

Senior Business Development Lead & ESD Specialist
Jason Sequeira
Jason holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Economics from the University of the Witwatersrand and is a qualified AGA(SA) as well as a certified B-BBEE Management Consultant (B-BBEE MDP from WITS Business School). With over 15 years of experience in the media industry, he has held diverse roles across finance, publishing, and distribution—bringing a well-rounded, strategic perspective to every initiative.

His core expertise lies in New Product Development, with a focus on research, monetisation, project planning, and implementation. Since 2017, Jason has worked as a Business Development Consultant and ESD Specialist, supporting corporate clients across industries in transforming their supply chains and driving inclusive economic growth.

He is passionate about designing and implementing Enterprise and Supplier Development (ESD) programmes that align preferential procurement targets with broader business strategies—delivering both impact and measurable value.
